ONLINE ENTRIES – Cambridge ESOL examinations

Welcome to the Online Entries system for Cambridge ESOL examinations.
The entries can be done for individuals or for groups by registering institutions.

Individual entries

  1. Fill in the Individual Entry Form
  2. After submitting the form you will get the entry confirmation e-mail
Important: your entry is complete only after we receive both your entry form and your confirmation of payment. If either is missing, we your entry will not be processed. For late entries a late entry fee applies. The instructions are in the form.

Group entries

Group entries are done by institutions which prepare candidates for examinations.
  1. Fill in the Group Entry Form ( empty group entry form - Excel file)
  2. Upload the form using the “Group entry” link above.
Important: The entries are complete only after you submit us *all* of the information requested in the Group Entry Form. If your candidates are paying the exam fees individualy you need to provide us their confirmations of payment. For late entries a late entry fee applies.
Entry deadlines:
Exams in March 201212 – 18 January 2012
Exams in April, May and June 20121 – 9 March 2012
Exams in October, November and December 2012 26 Sept - 2 Oct 2012
